Who doesn't love cookies and cream flavored cookies? If you don't love them, you should probably get off this blog post cause that's all that's going on here! Well, with a twist. I've turned them into pancakes! And this recipe is loved by all ages.
Cookies and Cream Protein Pancakes:
1/4 cup flour (I use white whole wheat flour)
1 packet stevia
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp protein powder (chocolate or vanilla are best)
1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk)
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp applesauce
Mix dry ingredients together and then stir in wet. Make the pancakes on the stove over low-medium heat.
Layer pancakes with vanilla Greek yogurt. If you feel ok eating Oreos, crush up one Oreo and mix it with the yogurt and then layer.
