And finally not limited to just local moms. Join me as I guide you through your pregnancy journey. In this essential class for every pregnancy, learn how to safely and effectively strengthen and stretch to help curb those pregnancy aches and pains. Together we will go over major topics like incontinence (the dreaded peeing while sneezing, coughing, etc.), abs separation and how to minimize/prevent it, exercise modifications, nutrition, and so much more! This class will help prepare you physically for birth and to recover after delivery. You'll even get sample exercises we will go over together that will empower you throughout your pregnancy and beyond. Is this class for me? It sure is! This class will benefit every pregnant woman at any stage in her pregnancy, from first getting that positive test until just before delivery.
