Service Description
Join me as I guide you through your postpartum journey to recover and rebuild (a little R&R!) Learn how to safely and effectively stretch and exercise after having a baby so you can feel your best for both you and your little one. Together we will go over major topics like incontinence (peeing while sneezing, coughing, etc.), the mom-pooch (aka mom belly, shelf) and how to fix it, fixing posture, exercise modifications, nutrition, breastfeeding, having more energy, sleeping better, and so much more!
