This program includes 8 weeks of workouts to redefine your physical strength, mental health, stamina, cardiac output, flexibility, and overall health. The workouts get progressively harder throughout. There are videos of every single exercise as well as written explanations so that you never feel lost and have the confidence in knowing you're performing each exercise safely. It also includes tons of how-to's, pro-tips, exercise knowledge, nutrition knowledge, and did-you-knows to help you reach your goals!
There are 5 days of workouts each week and they focus on cardio endurance, stability, and strength training. This at-home challenge requires no equipment, but suggests dumbbells, resistance bands, and sliders if you have them, and can be done completely in the comfort of your own home!
