Being a mom is a lot of hard work. And you don't have much time for yourself. That's why Fit for Your Bounce Back is much more than just a fitness program. It is the key that all of you moms have been looking for! It was created by me, a certified personal trainer who specializes in postpartum fitness, along with doctors and physical therapists to ensure you get the most effective and efficient yet safe workout program possible! It is a guide to help you live a more positive life, work toward getting your prepregnancy body and stomach back, gain better posture, find ways to get your workouts in, and become more knowledgable with your fitness and confident with your new body. All workouts can be done in less than 30 minutes! There is also a sailing theme so that you can have fun learning something new while you are doing it!

It includes:
~12 weeks worth of workouts that gradually progress to recondition your body to exercising, incorporating exercises for strength, stability, core recovery, endurance, and flexibility

~exercise videos to follow-along with and video demonstrations
~it is an AT-HOME program that can be done right in the comfort of your own home. Or if you prefer, it can be done in the gym as well.
~no equipment is required but there are exercises that incorporate your baby or dumbbells or resistance bands if you have them (or you can get them pretty cheap online) but again none are required!

~tons of how-to's, including checking for diastasis recti, getting better posture, and reducing stress
