Custom programming is 100% customized for you! It is specific for you based on your needs, goals, schedule, and lifestyle. This training is for anything including cardio, muscular strength and endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power, agility, and stability. I will give you workouts each week as you go based on your feedback to make sure you are getting exactly what you want out of it. I require weekly check-ins to discuss current needs and feedback and to help keep you accountable to your goals. Programs are starting at $100 for one month and get cheaper the longer you workout. Upon purchase, you will receive a waiver of liability to fill out and sign. Once returned to me at firstname.lastname@example.org, I will provide you a questionnaire to better understand your lifestyle, needs, and goals. I will need some time to create the custom program that best suits you!
